We'll begin with a calm discussion about your skin goals and history. I will perform a gentle skin analysis to create a personalized plan that honors your unique needs and soul.
How should I prepare for a skincare service?
Arrive well-hydrated and ready for your treatment. To help prepare your skin, avoid heavy sun exposure and intense exfoliation for 48 hours before your appointment. We also recommend stopping retinols and active skincare ingredients 5 days prior to your treatment, unless otherwise directed by your provider.
How often should I come in for treatments?
Most clients benefit from a ritual every 4–6 weeks. This cycle aligns with your skin's natural renewal process, allowing us to maintain and build upon your healthy glow.
Is there any downtime after advanced treatments?
Most treatments have zero to minimal downtime. You may experience a gentle flush or slight sensitivity, which typically subsides within a few hours, leaving your skin feeling refreshed.
